Storefront Improvement Program
Spruce Grove's matching grant pays up to 50% of exterior storefront costs, to a maximum of $7,500 per storefront ($10,000 for street-corner improvements on two facades). You pay for the work first and get paid back after inspection. The program is closed for 2026, so watch for the next intake. Applications are closed right now and we watch for reopening.
