These rules apply to every page on this site.
No false promises
You'll read "may qualify" and "potential match" here, never "you're eligible" or "guaranteed." Funding decisions belong to program administrators. Nobody else can promise approval.
Loans are not grants
Loans are labelled as loans, and each page says the money must be paid back.
Free to check
Checking for funding is free, and applying on the official program site is free. You never pay us to find funding.
Sources and dates on everything
Every program page shows its official source and the date we last checked it. When a page has not been checked recently, it says so.
No fake proof
We don't invent client counts, pass off stock photos as our team, or post fake reviews. Every number on this site comes from a program's official page.
When nothing fits
If no program fits your business today, we tell you. We can send a free alert when a program that may fit opens or changes.
Our method
How we check each program
Every program here comes from the government page that runs it. We read that page before the program goes on the site, and you can see when we last read it. Programs we haven’t finished checking are not published.
- Every program page links its official source. The official source always has the final word.
- Amounts are stated the way the program states them; a repayable loan is never called a grant
- When applications close, the page says so, and we watch for the program to reopen
- Every week an automated check reads each program's official page for its open or closed status and deadline. Dollar amounts come from the official page when we add or change a program.
BBN Labs is an independent Canadian company, not a government agency, and applying through the official program site is always free. Funding programs in every Canadian region
We track federal, provincial, and municipal funding programs coast to coast. We read city programs street by street, noting which side of the road qualifies and what needs approval before work starts.
