Peterborough Central Area Facade Improvement Grant
The City of Peterborough pays back 50% of eligible costs, up to $15,000 per property. Corner lots with two facades can receive up to $30,000. This is a cost-share grant, so you pay first and get reimbursed after inspection. Applications are open.
