Oshawa Facade & Accessibility Improvement Grant

When the program reopens, get the city's approval BEFORE you start work or buy anything. Work started before approval may not be funded.

What to know before you count on it
- Cost-share: you pay for the work first, then you're reimbursed (about half) after it's done and inspected.
- When it reopens, apply and get approved BEFORE you start any work or buy anything. Costs from work started early may not be paid back.
- Only properties inside Oshawa's designated community improvement plan (CIP) or business improvement area (BIA) zone qualify. Check your address with the city before you spend.
- Municipal funding is limited each year. Confirm money is still available.
